Awana is the children’s ministry started at Solitude which began in 2000. The AWANA club meets each Wednesday night thru the school year from 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm and is led by Children’s Ministry Director Lisa Thomas. A light supper is available at 6:00pm.
This is an exciting time for young people ages 3 years old to 6th Grade. The AWANA Ministry is a phenomenal program that continues to grow with the most important aspect of this ministry is the fact that the children are taught the values of “hiding God’s Word in their heart”.
